From Zaventem National Airport to railway station Ghent Sint-Pieters

  • The easiest way to get from the airport to Ghent, is to take the train from Zaventem National Airport to Ghent Sint-Pieters. The ride takes approximately 1 hour and there are trains almost every 10 minutes.

From railway station Gent Sint-Pieters to the conference venue/city centre

  • Taxi
  • Tram 1 (every 6 minutes) or tram 24 (every 20 minutes). Tram stop: Korenmarkt

By car

Coming from E40

  • Coming from E40 Brussel/Luxemburg: follow direction Oostende
  • Coming from E40 Calais/Oostende: follow direction Brussel
  • At the crossing of the E40 and the E17 motorways, follow direction Antwerpen (E17)
  • Take exit Gent-Centrum (exit nr. 1, B401)
  • Follow the parking route towards parking P7 Sint-Michiels.
  • This parking is located at a distance of 50 metres from the conference venue. Park your car and take the exit 'Onderbergen'. You are now in front of the conference venu.

Coming from E17

  • Coming from E17 Kortrijk/Lille: follow direction Antwerpen
    • Take exit 1 "Gent-centrum"
  • Coming from E17 Antwerpen: follow direction Gent/Kortrijk/Lille
    • Take exit "Gent-centrum" (direction Gent/Oostende/E40/Brussel)
    • Follow the signs "Gent-Centrum" (B401)
  • Follow the parking route towards parking P7 Sint-Michiels.
  • This parking is located at a distance of 50 metres from the conference venue. Park your car and take the exit 'Onderbergen'. You are now in front of the conference venu.
